For DirecTV TV services which include DVRs and receivers, Directv Streaming through AT&T Hotspot? With the partnership between AT&T and Directv allowing us to stream Directv through the android app data-free, if I use my AT&T phone as a hotspot, and stream www.directv.com content through my PC, will that be considered at data-free streaming as well?

Only mobile apps give data free

No, only content streamed through the IOS/Android mobile apps are considered Data-Free.

So an android/iOS device connected through a mobile at&t Hotspot streaming through the app won't count against data?
