DirecTV Unhappy customer

The sales rep at Direct TV told me they would lower my bill to $85.17 a month. I had called to cancel. Now I received the first bill which was correct and this months bill is $10 higher. I called and the manager told me too bad that is what it is. Even though the sales rep promised it would be the lower amount for 24months. They are a scam and are now trying to tell me I can't do anything about it.
I am trying to file a BBB complaint but not sure if I should do it under ATT since I can't even find Direct TV on their site.
