When I complained they suggested I contact directv.pi.... customer.com thats totally unacceptable...............


This question, "DirectvPromise said they will NEVER lock out Local channels but we have no NBC in Birmingham Alabama," is about DirecTV channels, programming, equipment, and sports.

Channel 29 is also gone I can't watch Empire or Star we got no notice of this and I hate Suddenlink but I will change what do consumers do?????

Why is out local cbs station saying to call "directpromise.com" and when I do call cannot get any info!!!!!
