Discovery Channel Audio issues - Time Warner TV

This question is about "Discovery Channel Audio issues", with Time Warner Cable TV and apps. I have had NO Audio on the Discovery Channel for several weeks now. I have rebooted my cable box and no change. All my other channels are fine (audio) I called Customer service and was told that they are performing Maintenance on this channel with NO ETR. Can anyone confirm they are experiencing this same issue please?? I'm getting no where with Customer Service on this. I'm about ready to ask for a Prorated Credit for this outage.
