Dish Network Signal Problems

Been having a problem for the last week or two where my Dish Network receive tells me that it is "Acquiring Satellite Signal". I've been to the Dish website and gone through their troubleshooting steps, but nothing seems to work. It's hard for me to call the tech support line as it is only open while I'm at work, so I'm hoping to get some advice here. :)

Can anyone help me?

It sounds like the dish got knocked out of alignment (or damaged), and you need to have a tech come out and fix it. I've never had Dish, so I don't know how good (or bad) their support is in such situations.

We had that happen once about a year ago. I don't remember all of the details now but it did require a tech coming out. It was hard for us to get in touch with them, too.
