Do I have an unlimited plan if I am not in a current trial market? - XFinity

I called the data usage number and was told that my area's internet cap/threshold was currently suspended which I'm assuming means if I go over the 300gb I won't get charged (right?). Then I chated with a worker online, because I wanted a paper confirmation of this, and they basically told me that I WOULD get charged.

I told the worker that I called the number and they told me to believe the number.

So now I'm coming here: Will I get charged if I go over 300GB since I'm not in a trial market? I live in Massachusetts if that helps.
