For DirecTV TV services which include DVRs and receivers, Double charged I have been double charged for uverse and direct tv also quoted completely different rate than I'm being charged. Have called numerous times no resolution have proof of UPS receipt showing when equipment was sent back. Ready to go to arbitration unless someone can help me resolve. Really fed up with the lies and deceit from your CS reps. If someone would just go back and listen to recordings a lot could be resolved.
