DVR upgrade That I can’t remove from my recordings

About a week ago I noticed under my recordings it says upgrade DVR I try to delete it and you can’t I called Comcast four times and finally talk to someone in there I presume IT department. They told me it cannot be removed I said that’s ridiculous somebody could hit it and I don’t need 300 hours of DVR time and I want it removed she said will put it in as a suggestion. I said to her I work in software development never have I written a piece of code that cannot be exited out of how do I get this removed. See it when I go under recordings and at the bottom it shows upgrade DVR plant I don’t want this and this to me is something that is completely wrong any help is appreciated
