Email not working on one PC, but fine on others? - Time Warner Internet

This question is about "Email not working on one PC, but fine on others?", with Time Warner Cable internet and apps. On my desktop PC, phone and tablet, email works as it should- on my laptop, connected to RR, and also on the web application, I receive a "password is incorrect" error message. The password is correct, as using the same credentials it works with out issue on other devices...any ideas?
