Embarrassing moments - DirecTV

I was once again embarrassed.... (Uverse service) was disconnected with my account that has a zero balance.
As a college professor who teaches on campus was unable to dialogue/communicate with students, this was a result of AT&T service suspension/interruption...
Conversely, a payment was required in the amount of $105.79 before service was restored (service was restored 4-hours later).
Again! I am requesting full compensation for this embarrassment which negatively impacted my professionalism across the college and faculty community.
Ultimately, this type of behavior seems to be sporadic in nature, as I was faced with this type of challenge time and again…
