Question: Error 22


I have called 2 wire and disabled the firewall as instructed by directv for connecting the internet to the hd dvr. I still get a error 22 and will not connect to the internet to watch direct tv on demand. called tech support back at directv and they do not have any answers to the problem. Does anyone out there have a solution to it. I am using at@t dsl and directv says it is compatible and should work. Jim
