ERROR 775 - Trouble Communicating With Dish - DirecTV

For the last couple of weeks I've been getting an error 775 on one of my 5 receivers. I can disconnect the cable from the receiver and reconnect it. The picture returns as normal. I do have a SWiM module installed on my coax network, but it is not connected to this TV nor does turning it off or on have any effect on this problem. The problem was once every few days and now is about twice a day. Signal strength is always 98% or greater. Clear southern view. Anyone else experienced this?
DirecTV would like to charge me $50 to have a technician come out and service their equipment that they make me lease from them. After being a customer for nearly 20 years I would rather give it back and seek service somewhere else.
