Error message when using live streaming services which require a log onto direct tv f

When attempting to view Disney Junior or any streaming service which requires verification of my Direct tv account I recieve an error message "Error 400-1:0033 The customer is nor authorized for the content requested. We have all of the channels on our TV account and have not had this error until recently.
I have attempted deleting and re installing the app multiple times on several devices to no avail.
I have talked with customer service about this issue for several hours, but no one seems to know why this is happening. Researching on the internet, many others are having the same issue. Since this is a new issue for me my patience is wearing thin and the family is complaining.
Please help resolving this issue
