errors in my records - DirecTV

This question is about "errors in my records", with DirecTV channels, programming, equipment, and sports. I have incorrect information in my record causing sign on & functional problems. I have been trying to get the record corrected for 10 days with multiple calls to 800 288 2020 and with no success. Is there some other contact I can make?
