Failed Network Assistant connectivity tests 4 & 5 - DirecTV

Tried uninstalung and re-installing app... doesn't work. Also unable to stream DVR recordings... msg keeps saying another device is streaming but it's not!!!! Frustrating beyond civil words!! How do I resolve the failed connectivity tests under network Assistant on the app (Tests 4 and 5) & how to resolve this ghost device streaming issue that is preventing Mr from streaming my DVR recordings??????
