File a Complaint with FCC - DirecTV

I would like to file a complaint with FCC regarding the billing practices of Directv and the blame game played. I called last month and my case was to be escalated and resolved. Today, I'm told it was never escalated and has not been resolved yet. This is the most frustrating company now and I have been a loyal customer since 1999. They promise locked in prices then when the customer agrees the bait and switch begins, I would like to file a complaint with the FCC over their shady business practices and how promises made are not kept from one month to the next.
