Filing a complaint - DirecTV

Has anyone had a problem with receiving a $5.00 late fee with a five day grace period since AT&T has purchased and taken over this tv service. I have never had to pay any late fee for the past 15 years with Direct in tell now. I called customer service to rectify this problem and they wouldn't even work with me. It's could be a problem with those that get played once a month. I believe this the biggest scam for this company to make millions off there customer's.
