Guide Data - XFinity

Appears to be an issue in Massachusetts with the guide data updating. I have talked to several relatives and friends spread out through the state and they have all indicated seing this issue with the onscreen guide not populating programming information and being on to be announced. No the boxes were not unplugged, they were not reset, etc. The signal leves are fine. Since multiple are having the issue, I am hopeful that Comcast will start getting calls about it. I made a call to customer service but sadly it was not of any help. They just told me I must have lost power. Ummm nope I have not. I was wondering if anyone else is seeing this issue.
