We have three TimeWarner (Spectrum) provided cable TV boxes. One box after pressing the Guide Botton displays the Movies on Demand (starting on Channel 500). On the other two boxes, the guide is displayed properly. Using the remote from the other boxes on the one that the display is "not normal" (i.e., Movies on Demand) results in the same (Errant) display. I've powered down the box - no change, I've unplugged the box - no change, I've reauthorized the box using the TWC App on my iPhone - No Change. I've scrolled through all the Menu screens and don't see how to "fix" this issue. Any ideas? Other than taking the box back to TWC (Spectrum)?
