Has anyone received an answer to the QP1507 error from AT&T SUpport? - DirecTV

I've had this problem since the beginning of time or about the 2yrs I've been with AT&T and I've yet to receive an answer from Tech Support on this. Tech Support just says that my phone OS is outdated or that I need to reboot & re-install the app.. which is all a bunch of ???? (gotta keep it clean, censors working overtime) since some channels work. Usually it's the crappy ones (shopping, gov't, etc)
Has anyone had better luck?
