Help! Cable Modem Constantly drops throughout the day AARIS SB6190 - Time Warner Inte

#1
This question is about "Help! Cable Modem Constantly drops throughout the day AARIS SB6190", with Time Warner Cable internet and apps. Hope someone can help on this. I have an AARIS SB6190 I recently purchased after reading all of its reviews. I used to have a Time Warner provided UBEE. I have the 300 ultimate service and both the UBEE and AARIS have had connectivity issues. The UBEE didn't do it as much, but the AARIS drops often. I work from home, so this is becoming more than an annoyance. While my cable modem is connected, I get the full 300meg with no issues and 24meg up. I live in Greensboro, NC.

Couple of things:
I am on the last tap on the line, have a brand new RG11 drop of about 400ft from the pole to my house. I terminates to a cable company provided 2 way splitter. One lead travels to my office where the AARIS cable modem for my phone is located (it never drops). The other lead travels to my TV and splits again 2 ways with a cable company provided splitter (one for my TV and one for my cable modem). The 6190 is connected by ethernet to my wireless router. All of my computers are connected ethernet (including my office where an ethernet cable runs directly from my router to the office). All of my cable lines are brand new run and replaced by the cable company. All of the fittings are tight and new and the system is pretty well sealed up as far as I can tell. All of the splitters have been replaced more than once by cable company techs.

My signal levels at my cable modem are as follows:
