Horrible first experience with Direct TV installation dept - DirecTV

I cannot believe that a company that this large can send a technician to install a service without the equipment that was paid for by the customer. Today was a complete fail of trying to win a new customer. I am utterly disappointed with the incompetence of the weekend call center staff and schedulding department.
