How to Remove/Delete Erroneous Purchase



I read in a previous article that it is not possible to delete a purchase from history.

Somehow the Buy process was activated when perusing On Demand TV series.

We reported it right away and the "purchase" was removed from our billing statement, as we did not watch it.

Why can't this pseudo-purchase be deleted from purchase history?
