I haven't been able to get through to a chat agent for 10 days - XFinity

My channels 8 & 9 are the same: WSKG. Once in a while Channel 8 shows as ION TV, which is what it should be. Also, my “Entertainment Experience” directory of TV listings is not working. It says, “Sorry, we're having some trouble. XFINITY® TV is not available at the moment. Please try back soon. (Error xacsa.xact.3370.1000937: FatalDrmError). I do not need to chat with you. What I need is for you to send this information to the technical people in your “programming head” department and tell them that these things need to be fixed. A tech was at my property 10/20, and these errors are not in my Comcast installation. Thank you. MFP
