I've been a loyal DirecTV customer for 8 years. I was trying to schedule an appointment for Directv to upgrade our equipment (which I due for) but the operator on the phone made it so difficult and complicated that I hung up on her. I'm so frustrated that I can’t make appointments and order equipment online anymore. It makes me want to scrap you all together. Especially with this big bad merger looming.


This question, "I just want you to know...," is about DirecTV channels, programming, equipment, and sports.
