I need help with my service bill - DirecTV

I am so disappointed with Att&t U-verse!! I have been a loyal customer for 6!years yet today I was treated like a second class citizen by Bart and Kaitlyn in the finance department. I actually terminated my service! I have had many issues with poor U-verse service and awful internet reception I dealt with that and im still dealing with it now. I am traveling a lot and my service was disconnected and they won't restore it for past due, they want new bill too. I will not recommend friends and family to do business with att!
