I Need to Speak to Supervisor - DirecTV

I have spent three days trying to straighten out the billing on my account. Some of the problems I was finally able to settle with an English speaking representative yesterday but I still have some questions. Most of all, I want to know how this mess happened. I asked to speak to a supervisor three days ago and was told that one would contact me. No word yet.
