I never get statements , always extra charges - DirecTV

Never get a statement . Always extra fees and added late fees . Wireless service continues to decline but get shuffled around until I give up or they just hang up on me . I have over 50 hours on customer service lines since July . Direct is the same way . All kinds of crooked charges . Spend hours on phone and agent finally tells me everything is fixed and then next month ( late statement ) Bill is higher and more charges added . Haven't received $200 visa card for signing up in over 5 months . Channels taken away . I want to get rid of direct . I can't handle the stress anymore . There has to be a law in place to prevent a business from completely screwing a customer like this .
