Intermittent pixelation bar across screen on OTA HD Channels - STL Area

Description of issue: "Looks like picture slows down, then audio drops out, a line near center of screen from left to right pixelation (blocks of tiles) about 1" thick, then audio and video returns to normal and all of this takes place in about 1 to 2 seconds".

Type of reception that is affected: Over-the-air (OTA) broadcast reception using antenna and a digital to analog converter. 2 different CATV company's in St. Louis area that receive these channels via OTA reception using 8-VSB receivers.

Channels reported to be affected:
KTVI - FOX 2 (2.1) or (RF 43)
KMOV - CBS 4 (4.1) or (RF 24)
KSDK - NBC 5 (5.1) or (RF 35)

Other channels that have not been reported to us that could be affected:
KETC - PBS 9 (9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4,) or (RF 39)
KPLR - CW 11 (11.1, 11.2) or (RF 26)
KNLC - 24 (24.1, 24.2) or (RF 24)
KDNL - ABC 30 (30.1, 30.2) or (RF 31)
WRBU - UPN 46 (46.1, 46.2) or (RF 47)
