Internet Drops Out Every Few Minutes - Time Warner Internet

#1
This question is about "Internet Drops Out Every Few Minutes", with Time Warner Cable internet and apps. I'm trying to diagnose an internet issue where it drops out very consistently. It's rare to go more than 10 minutes without a drop. Streaming video is virtually impossible with the constant buffering and lowered quality.

I'm in Charlotte, NC zip 28134. Single family home. I only have Internet service with Spectrum and it's 200 Mbps.

Modem is Arris SB6141 and router is Google OnHub.

Modem info:

Model Name: SB6141
Firmware Name: SB_KOMODO-1.0.7.0-SCM00-NOSH
Boot Version: PSPU-Boot(25CLK)(W) 1.0.12.18m5
Hardware Version: 8.0
Firmware Build Time: Jul 22 2016 08:13:57

When service isn't interrupted speeds are typically 220Mb/11Mb. I made sure there are no other coax cables connected in the house. No splitters. I cleaned the cable connections last week on the coax to the modem.

Here are the modem signal tables:

I'm trying to determine if I need a technician to come out or if the issue is something I can fix. I don't want to waste anyone's time unncecessarilly.

Internet Drops Out Every Few Minutes?

#2
You're claiming that you pay for 200MB/s with Spectrum and get 220MB/s uninterrupted regularly over Wi-Fi? Your story doesn't add up. You ALWAYS lose connection over Wi-Fi, it certainly doesn't enhance your internet.
