Internet Slowing down/disconnecting constantly - Time Warner Internet

This question is about "Internet Slowing down/disconnecting constantly", with Time Warner Cable internet and apps. Been getting constant slows and disconnects recently.
Modem is ARRIS SBG6900-AC

Service is in North Carolina

Services: Spectrum 300Mbps Internet, 2 cable DVR boxes. (Personally owned modem)

Cable boxes are installed in living room and bed room. No cable boxes are installed near the cable that runs to the modem.

Sorry, I'm not experienced with this stuff.
