For DirecTV TV services which include DVRs and receivers, I've called min. Once a month regarding interrupted service. Promised credits and nothing? I am informed "calls are recorded". CHECK THE RECORDINGS. I am so disgusted with my service and ongoing monthly increases. How does ATT justify this? Contract is up now & I can't wIt to post EVERYTHING I PERSONALLY endured-HORRIFIC.... Needless to state, I will no longer be a miserable disappointed mistreated "customer"
