Jim H - DirecTV DVR

For DirecTV TV services which include DVRs and receivers, Jim H I recently received an email from ATT indicatign that my DIRECTV account had been activated on 11 October. I have had DIRECTV for over a year. It was odd.

I called ATT and asked. I was hung up on twice. I couldnt get a person that spoke english well enough answer my questions.

Eventually (45 mintues later) i was told, in halting English, that they had no idea why I got that email.

Your customer service is terrible.
