just received a letter about charging for HD - XFinity

dear comcast friends, i just received a letter in which comcast state its regret on a billing error because until now i wasnt paying for HD programming but i have just looked at my bill and am paying for digital prefered which i guess should include HD programming and also am paying a broadcast tv fee which most of the channels are on HD as well. also i'm being billed for a free movie credit that comcast gave me in october.

the letter suggest that i should take the fee or my service will be downgraded even though am already paying a ton of money.could you please help me with this issue,thanks in advance
