Latest xFi not showing connect devices - XFinity

Hello, I have the latest xFi modem/router from Xfinity. I have signed in and created profiles but it is not showing me any connected devices (don't know why), I restarted it, cleared the list of devices and still not working. I had the old black xFi router before and it use to tell me each connected device and also notify me of new ones, this one takes time to do so and also does do any of these things. Any suggestions???!!!
