Why can't I send an email to Directv?? When I called last week the rep said there were no issues with the local channels even after I asked 3 times, so I waited on hold for tech support for 15+ minutes then saw others were posteing on fb having the same prob! Channel 11 esp has been blinking on and off for a month. Tonight channel 11 and 5 were having "technical difficulties" for over 3 hours. I'd like a refund on my bill for all the bull. It would be nice to be able to email since theres NO chat at night and who wants to hang on the phone for 20 minutes?? If this is how AT&T conducts business, I'll be moving on to a provider who locks in their prices for 2 years.
