Lost connection on TV - DirecTV

I use U-Verse for TV, Internet, and landline/mobile phones. While watching a local channel, the TV froze and then went blank. All channels lost. Tried troubleshooting, but got error code 0 - no connection. Cannot access Help on that TV. It still accesses Netflix, YouTube, Hulu (Amazon FireTV), but cannot access any channels on my 200/Family plan. So that seems to indicate the problem is not with the TV itself, but with the connection to U-Verse. Other TVs in house work fine, Internet works fine, landline phone work fine. I re-booted U-Verse from another TV, without fixing the problem with this one TV. Would appreciate any suggestions.
