Lost signal - DirecTV

This happens more than twice a day that we loose signal, the channel lags, unable to change channel & gives a no signal notice almost twice a day and stays that way for more that 30 mins at a time. Well reboot, reset & etc. I've even gone to the point where I called Att Support and they mailed out new dvr's and it's still not working. This has happened more and more and becoming unsatisfied with the service in general.
