Low Upstream with CM600 Modem. - Time Warner Internet

This question is about "Low Upstream with CM600 Modem.", with Time Warner Cable internet and apps. New modem and just noticed that my upstream power is really low.
Modem is Netgear CM600
Modem is on a direct line from tap to barrel connector to Modem. No splitter.
Cable Connection
Is there anything I can do or do I need to get a truck roll?
