Main Cable Box Died

Two days ago I awoke in the morning to find that my X1 Cable Box was completely blank. No time, no power light nothing. It was working fine the day before and suddenly was dead. I thought that maybe there was an outage but my Internet & phone were working fine. I unplugged the box & plugged it back in with no result what-so-ever. Today I checked on the web site and there were no outages but the system says there is a connection issue with my main box. My Family room box is working fine. I tried the restart procedure twice with no result as well. When I checked further online the system said there was an Error Code 500 and could not connect to my box. I imagine I need to get a replacement for my box. Can someone please help me with this?
