Missing DVR episodes



My main DVR box has all of our episodes. However, both the stream app on my phone and the secondary cable box in my home are missing episodes. Is there an issue with the cloud dvr sync? I have restarted each box, done a restart on each box, and performed a dvr sync on the secondary box. The app has been missing for over a week. Not sure on the secondary cable box.
