Mobile DVR issue - DirecTV DVR

For DirecTV TV services which include DVRs and receivers, Mobile DVR issue I recently had to exchange our Genie for another one and when going to the app on any of our iPads or iPhones and selecting the new Genie to be the Mobile DVR we get the error below on any device (been getting it for over a week) Called tech support and they "escalated" it, but of course heard nothing back.

" we ran into a problem. Your new device could not be activated at this time, please try again later"
