Mobile DVR no longer works - DirecTV

What is going on with the mobile DVR functionality in your customer service desk? I just spoke with a representative who said that they have very little to no information on how to help with mobile DVR functionality although DirecTV promotes it at every turn. It has been working for me for sometime now and then all the sudden both on my iPad and iPhone the ability to download into a Q has been removed in the app. Lots of promotion of this feature, however, the only way to get resolution is to "hope" that more users had the same experience so I gets escalated to the proper level. Maybe I hear something in 7 to 10 days, but I still get the opportunity to pay my bill as always. Not sure that's the definition of customer service?
