Mobile DVR - Unable to register any IOS product - DirecTV

After deleting and reinstalling the DirecTV App, none of my IOS devices (ipad 2 or iPhone 6) will register for the Mobile DVR service. I see a screen that says searching for Mobile DVR, Activating Mobile DVR but at the Registering Mobile DVR, it hangs and then tells me there is an issue with my internet connection. I have reset my modem, re-configured and no resolution. This was working 3 days ago until a new App version downloaded.

I have same issue, drive to tv opened a case but has not corrected issue. I had the genie go which used to work fine before they got rid of it.
