Movie favorite MOVIES link just disappeared

All of my movies that I saved as favorites are not available from the saved favorites Movie links on xfinity app and all devices. The Saved favorite tv shows still comes up but the movies list just disappeared and is now blank under the tv show tab. I know how to save movies as favorites and if I click on a saved movie the star is filled in as a saved favorite but the link for movies to view all my saved favorites is missing on the saved favorites tab. Only the saved favorite TV shows are available. Another thread said that a new update would be available to correct this problem but that was a month ago and this issue just happened although the problem started for other customers in July. Is the update something that Comcast has to initiate?
