My Account App Not Working - XFinity

I've spoken with 2 agents about this and everyone keeps saying its working... but its not. I have a triple play package and all services crashed about 2 weeks ago. Ever since then, the 3 tabs that used to show me the status of my servies say "there aren't any devices set up yet."

I've been reassured that my services are indeed active and not to worry. But that's not the point. If you're going to tell me to install an app, it should at least work and display the services I have; which it doesn't.

Signing out, deleting and re-installing the app have done nothing, but the way.
