My Xfinity XFi app and Home aren't working after reinstalling - XFinity

I posted a couple of days ago about not being able to sign into the XFi app because it can't connect to the "Xerxes" site and still have no improvement after reinstalling. The app was already updated.

I also am having a problem with my Home app. I can not see my live video through the app at all. I have reinstalled that app and it was already updated as well. I am able to access the Home website.
