Need a resolution to an ongoing billing account problem can't solve by phone - DirecT

We signed up for a phone, internet, and tv bundle in July 2016 and have been over-billed every bill since then, not the agreement we made with ATT. Over 5 hours on the phone on 6 different occasions and the problem is getting worse not better. Having a case number assigned has not helped. We need someone who can solve problems, not sell us additional contracts. Who there actually RESOLVES problems?????
