Need immediate attention - DirecTV

Hello my name is Federer and I've been with direct tv since August.I'm very disappointed in it and the customer service reps.I've had nothing but problems with direct tv regarding my bill. My service is now shut off for the second time and I am highly ticked off.When your told one thing from a representative an then two weeks later get another email stating something totally different.Could you please email me so we can further into what's going on.Thank you so much.
