No signal from uverse receiver to tv. - DirecTV

I get no signal to TV from the uverse receiver. Tested all I could myself with myatt app, checked all cables/cords, reset all equipment multiple times. Called tech support and they had me do all of the above all over again. Then tested from their end and said receiver was bad. Sent a new receiver but it took almost a week to arrive because they messed up the order. Finally arrived today, I hooked everything up, turned it on to set up, same problem. Any ideas? (Besides switching to cable, I mean. That may be my next option, though.)
